We are seeking a full-time Information Technologist (IT) I – Information Management Officer (IMO) to join our team.
Provides Tier I–II enterprise endpoint and user support within a Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environment. Responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software incidents, supporting Microsoft Intune-managed endpoints, and implementing account/permission controls to maintain availability and security of enterprise IT systems.
