We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the implementation of a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) software application for a strategic client within the U.S. Department of State. The Business Analyst will report to the MIS Team Lead and work closely with the Data Conversion Lead, who is responsible for ensuring business process design decisions are appropriately translated into the application configuration. This position will principally be responsible for:
- In conjunction with a team of functional analysts, facilitate workshops with stakeholders and end users who will partner with the program to provide input and requirements,
- Provide key inputs to develop future state enabled process flows in the MRO solution that are fully tested and validated,
- Coordinate and participate in end user readiness activities, to include user acceptance testing (UAT), training, aligning with and providing inputs to change management team/process, and knowledge transfer activities.
Further, this position will cultivate effective relationships with departmental leaders across the organization, working with users to ensure optimal end-to-end business process design.
